Youth

31% of young women aged 15 to 25 are not in education, employment or training in 2020,
more than double the rate for young men (14%).

Labor Force Participation

The gender gap in labor force participation
among adults aged 25 to 54 has stagnated over the past 20 years at 31 percentage points.

Poverty

Globally, women aged 25 - 34 are 25% more
likely than men to live in extreme poverty. (Living on less than US $1.90 a day).
